My number was pretty big, but even in the start of fourth grade, we have gone beyond this number. We have learned exponents, and that's where the number has a little number next to it. If it had a 10 and a little 2 next to it, you would say, ten to the power of two. You might think it would be twenty, but it's actually one hundred because the little number is what how many times you should multiply the bigger number. That means it would be 10 x 10 which is one hundred! This might be confusing, but you will learn it in fourth grade.
Sincerely,
Heather
