Ryan's Model Comment!

Today Mrs. Yollis' class got a lovely comment from Mrs. McKenzie's class in New Zealand.

On September 3, Ryan had left a quality comment on their post:

Way to go, Ryan!

Have you ever left a quality comment?

What made it a QUALITY comment?

  1. Dear Ryan,

I am very proud of you! Everyone seems to be catching on to blogging very quickly. I ♥ it!

Thanks for being a great commenting role model and for doing an outstanding job representing our class.

    Mrs. Y♥llis

  2. Dear Ryan,

I really enjoyed your comment. In it you asked some very good questions, and I wanted to ask you the very same ones: (1) How many students are in your class? (2) What is your favorite subject? And (3) How did "7" become your lucky number?

    Dodo P.

  3. Dear Ryan,

Congratulations! Did you only learn about blogging last week? You must be a fast learner!

I love the way you complimented the writer, added some relevant information and asked some questions!

Your greeting and closing was also great and it looks like you read over your writing.

Do you know, I learnt how to write a quality comment from your great teacher and I have taught my students in the same way!

    Everyone ♥'s a quality comment!

    Your friend,
    Miss McGeady

  8. Dear Mrs. Yollis and class,

I'm so excited for the rest of the year because I want to learn more about blogging and earn my very own blog! I have friends who created their own blog when they had Mrs. Yollis and they continue to blog, including my brother.

Have a great 4 days off!

  9. Dear Ryan,

Excellent commenting skills, I am very impressed! Learning how to leave good comments is such an important part of blogging and I am so pleased to see you and your classmates are already star commenters!

I think the most important part of commenting is to check over your comment before submitting it. I love it when my students fix up any mistakes they have made!

What is your favourite part of blogging so far?

    Your blogging buddy,
    From Miss Jordan

  10. Dear Ryan,

Congratulation on getting featured on Mrs. Mckenzie's blog. It's only the second week of school and you are already a magnanimous blogger! I'm lucky to have you in my class. You might even be able to teach me how to comment on Mrs.Mckenzie's blog. Last time I went on her blog I couldn't find a place to comment.
